Getting into the portal is easy.

There is no password to remember. You type your email address, we send you a short code, and you’re in. Here is exactly how.

Go to the Member Portal

Signing in, step by step

  1. Open the portal. Tap the green Go to the Member Portal button, or tap Member Login at the top of the home page.
  2. Type your email address. Use the email address the chapter has on file for you. Then tap Email me a sign-in link.
  3. Check your email. A message arrives within a minute or two. If you don’t see it, look in your Spam or Junk folder.
  4. Type the code. The email has a short code (a few numbers). Type it into the box on the screen and tap Sign in with code. You can also tap the link in the email instead.
  5. You’re in! You stay signed in on that phone or computer, so next time you can skip these steps.

If something goes wrong

It says I’m “not on the roster.”

The email you typed isn’t the one the chapter has for you. Try your other email address, or ask a chapter officer to add the email you use. Write to RhoChiOmega1908@gmail.com.

The email never came.

Look in Spam or Junk and in “Promotions” if you use Gmail. Wait a couple of minutes, then ask for a new one. Please ask only once, because too many tries makes us pause for a bit.

The code didn’t work.

Codes expire after a short time. Go back, ask for a new email, and type the newest code. Type only the numbers, with no spaces.

I want to sign out.

Tap Sign out in the top right corner of any portal page.

Who can see my information?

Only sorors on the chapter roster, after they sign in. Dues and balance are private to you and the treasurer. Messages between sorors are deleted after 30 days.

Make the text bigger

On every page there is a green A+ Text size button in the bottom right corner. Tap it once for Large, again for Extra large, and a third time to go back to normal. The site remembers your choice.

Put the site on your phone, like an app

This puts a Rho Chi Omega icon on your home screen so you can open the portal with one tap. The Share button is part of your phone’s browser, not our website. Look for the pink circle in each picture below to see where to tap.

Important: open this site in Safari (the blue compass icon), not inside Facebook, email or a text message.
